Exterior Cleaning, Done Properly, Since 2018
MJK Solutions is a premium exterior cleaning company based in Poughkeepsie, New York. Matt Krutick founded the company in October 2018, and it has stayed owner-operated since: the person who looks at your property and prices the job is the person who shows up to do it. That is the whole reason the second job comes out like the first one.
We serve homeowners and property managers across Dutchess County and the wider Hudson Valley — Poughkeepsie, Hopewell Junction, Wappingers Falls, Pleasant Valley, LaGrangeville, Fishkill, Hyde Park, Rhinebeck, Millbrook and Poughquag on the east side of the river, and Highland, Marlboro and New Paltz on the west. More than 1,100 completed jobs for 840+ customers, every one carrying our satisfaction guarantee.
What We Do
For homeowners. House washing using low-pressure soft washing that kills algae and mildew at the source instead of blasting it around. Roof cleaning that removes the black streaks and moss without shortening the life of the shingles — backed by our limited roof-wash warranty. Gutter cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, exterior window cleaning and solar panel cleaning. Most customers book two or three of these in one visit — see our packages and plans; it’s the same setup and one appointment.
For commercial properties. Building and storefront washing, HOA and multi-family exteriors, hot-water pressure washing for dumpster pads, drive-thru lanes and loading docks, sidewalks and entryways, commercial window cleaning, and commercial snow plowing through the winter. We provide a certificate of insurance naming your entity, a written scope with a firm price, and off-hours scheduling at no premium.
How We Work
Every surface gets the method it needs: soft washing where pressure would cause damage — siding, roofs, painted surfaces, stucco, EIFS — and pressure washing, hot water when it’s called for, where the surface can take it and the grime demands it. Using the wrong one on the wrong surface is how exteriors get damaged, and it’s the mistake we’re most often called in to correct.
We run our own truck-mounted soft wash rig and professional-grade equipment, and we protect what’s around the work: plants, landscaping, windows, fixtures, vehicles. Licensed and fully insured. Firm pricing before we start, a real appointment window, and if something isn’t right when we’re done, we come back and make it right.
One-Year Roof Wash Warranty. Every full-roof soft wash is covered for one year from the service date. If the algae, moss or lichen hasn’t cleared the way it should, we re-treat the roof at no charge — one call, no fee. Applies to full-roof washes; excludes non-organic staining, storm or physical damage, and new growth after the coverage year. Full terms on the roof cleaning page.
Why Customers Stay
Most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals, and the reviews say the same things in different words: the property looked new, the price was what was quoted, and the job was done without drama. You can read all 250+ five-star reviews on Google or on our reviews page.
We’re not the cheapest exterior cleaner in Dutchess County, and we don’t try to be. We’re the one you call when you want it done properly, once, by someone who will still be here next year.
